Welcome to Scotland's environment web

The trusted gateway to everything you want to know about Scotland’s environment bringing together environmental information and data in one place so that it is easy to search, discover, view, analyse and interpret.

This BETA, or test, version of the website has been developed as a result of user feedback that has helped us identify where improvements could be made. To make it easier to find the environmental data and information you need, changes and been made to design, layout and navigation. New content and data tools, like the new Map tool, have also been added. It’s still a work in progress, with more developments planned over the summer, so not all content and data from the original website has been added at this stage.

Find out more about the new features of Scotland’s environment website and planned developments or get in touch to tell us what you think.

Don’t forget, the current Scotland’s environment website will still be running during this beta test phase.
